Göktürk Yalın Evler Project has the characteristic of being an ultra modern project of the region with its specially design exterior columns, transparent glass facades carrying sun and oxygen to the house, wooden facade shell with climate shield feature, terrace and garden facilities on different floors. Göktürk Yalın Evler Project, which has the architecture of Architect Ahmet Alataş, targets young, modern and elite families who long for an ecological and healthy life communed with nature but do not want to give up the comfort provided by technology. The project maximizes the exchange of oxygen with the neighboring forest thanks to its wall-free glass surface. The natural wooden shell, which allows to cover this surface when necessary and thus direct the daylight, gives the privilege of obtaining natural light and heat from the sun as much as you like. The rocky solid ground of the Göktürk region and the specially designed exterior columns add plus value to Yalın Evler Project in terms of earthquake safety. In addition to being within walking distance to the shopping and entertainment centers, the project provides an advantage in terms of living costs and investment with its proximity to the 3rd airport that will be built around Terkos Lake.
