The project was started in 2003 and was delivered in 2006. The project, which forms a unity with Flyinn Shopping Center, has 4 + 1 and 5 + 1 flats. With its advantage of location and 1st class materials, it has taken its place as a unique structure that creates the definition of luxury housing. It has provided profit in a very high rate to the flat owners from the day of its foundation. Flyinn Residence continues to be among the iconic projects of the region.
