Pelican Hill’s concept architectural project bears the signature of Robert.F Tyler, an architect from RNM Architects in California, USA. The landscape project was carried out by Italian architect Paolo Spaziani. The interior decorations of Pelican Hill’s sample mansions were carried out by the leading architectures of Turkey. The interior decorations of the following mansions were carried out by the following architects respectively Toscana by Hasan Mingü, Bologna by Eren Yorulmazer, Fiora by Hakan Helvacıoğlu, Fontana by Dara Kırmızıtoprak, Venezia by Mustafa Toner, Vincenza by Hülya Döşer, Lucca by Mahmut Anlar and Bonita by Eren Talu.
